Jamming!
The best day is when you feel that today something good happened. Even there is a wide scope for more terrible things but that’s the optimism of life. I learnt so many things but just observing the things around me. A city like Delhi, never gives you a chance to be alone, you rather pull out some time from the busy schedule. The best time being the traffic jam! Wat an irony of life, that we are actually searching for reasons to be happy. Today, while jamming ( dats the new term for never ending jams), I realized that life in Delhi is so funny, as the people are fun loving. Be it the climate, be it the natural calamities, terrorists playing peek-a –boo or immense issues like the Global Warming, Delhiites are always having fun even when they are pretty serious in life. The unintentional gestures makes you feel that the zone of tolerance is much high. Big banners discussing about sex problems and some saint saving the lives of these helpless people (don’t forget they are saints) or advertisement of some University(India’s No.1) where a fat girl is having problems in even holding a laptop in her hand. That’s the power of jamming where you see the naked truth with your blinking eyes. People enjoying bonfire near the roadside and eating all the peanuts to keep themselves warm. Any climate in the world, we are prepared to face it. But the biased creamy layer is struggling with these petty issues with a hint of sophistication. Rich people prefer flipping through the magazines while the people are waiting for the DJ to come and make the red light go green. On the other hand, the common man who is travelling in an overcrowded bus, utilizes this break time to stretch himself as he was hanging from Noida to Delhi, and still he’ll take an hour to reach home. Some even look here and there and feel relieved by watering the plants growing by the roadside! As they say it’s the worst time of a day as jamming is so not fun, but the spirit of a Delhiite is never hindered by these issues. Time management classes are being taken by management students like us, but the real time management only a common man can teach who is jamming with a DJ of his common issues!
