Modern-ization.....! At its Best....!

Well July is here, which means a new kick start for many.This is the time when parents stand with their poked noses in front of "Good Delhi University" Colleges with confidence of getting the admission for their kids. The kids are even worse,they still vain of not getting through Stephens even though they are getting through Venki(whichever's cutt off is more). 'AAj ki peedhi' is becoming intelligent as competition is between 99.23 % and 99.99%. I still remember my time when the competition was getting through a regular course rather than doing through correspondence.(for us IGNOU was like Venki). 5 years ago, when we used to be so excited to get into colleges as 3rd cut off was the last hope for us(3rd list is endangered now), but still managed. Not only in studies, but even in their lifestyles. Parks are being replaced by air-conditioned malls, McDonalds is out of picture for romance for school kids as they have enough pocket money to buy a feast for themselves at TGI Friday(although food sucks there). As the sophistication has creeped in, I surely feel, we were very "Shareef". The inflation rate has not only inflated our eyes, but has inflated the minds of these young people to think out of the box as well as spend out ofthe box. With the level of modernization increasing, I'm hoping that the news circulated by media that 21 December 2020 would be the last day on earth(Courtesy:Aajtak)could be true, cos nobody can stand the big "CHANGE" of a 9G phone with a 9 year old gay.....!
